Even worse for our health, they include artificial colouring and preservatives.
Citrus Fruits
When your stomach doesn’t feel right, stay away from tomato sauce and citrus fruits. Citric acid consumption disturbs the stomach lining, leading to additional digestive issues and pain.
Dairy products
Lactose, a component of dairy products, is one item that some people find difficult to digest. If so, you may have a lactose intolerance, which can cause bloating and gas. Please take note that diarrhea could result from over drinking.
Alcohol
